Perfectly! I use Palmer Brothers periodically to sand and refinish my teak Victorian porch floor and stairs. I've used other companies in the past but not anymore. Palmer Brothers take pride in their work and perform on schedule and within budget every time. They are amazing and my porch is stunning thanks to them.

Do get an estimate.
Do be present when the workers arrive.
Do check on them - in person.
I did not need to correct anything, but if something had been off (like paint color) it would be caught before it went too far instead of at the end of the job.
Overall - easy for me to deal with them, great job and results.
