The only job that went well was the drywall - however, I wanted acoustical tile - he said drywall would be better. That may be but since that is where the pipes are a new leak a month later meant the drywall was destroyed. The painting was incredibly sloppy - no proper priming ( a return trip still did not fix the issue) and the painter left drops that I am still finding. He was very annoyed when I pointed out those I saw while he was here and asked to have cleaned up. The cabinet rehang was off and needed a return trip. The pipe he repaired is still leaking in the bathroom wall and there was no response to my phone call. Raul constantly revised the cost - insisting that work done had not been included in the estimate. In total, I paid $4K for this mess. For this work
