From start to finish, the process has always been smooth. I’ll start with communicating my needs over email, and might have them come see the space when that’s useful (including to take measurements). They’ll make a cost estimate and often have useful advice at this stage to help me tweak my plan. They’ll purchase supplies if and as necessary and run those past me for price check and approval. Then we’ll set a date, and Demetrious will come and work his magic. Clean up is always perfect. I’ve had exactly one thing go wrong on their watch over numerous jobs — an item purchased and installed for one of my projects did not match what had been proposed — and Maria came out to take a look, confirmed it wasn’t a match, took ownership, and they fixed the problem at zero cost, even though the true source of the problem was not them, but Home Depot!
