Nail 2000

I WENT TO THE SALON 2X AND WILL NEVER RETURN. BEBE DID A PINK AND WHITE, BUT 2 NAILS FELL OFF BEFORE I WAS READY FOR A FILL 3 WEEKS LATER. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FILL; HOWEVER, BEBE STARTED DOING ANOTHER PINK AND WHITE. I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A FILL, AND SHE SAID THAT THE OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW FILLS, AND THAT SHE HAD TO GIVE ME BOTH. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED HER THEN AND WALKED OUT, BUT I REALLY NEEDED MY NAILS DONE. SO, IT COST ME ANOTHER $45 INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL $25 FOR A FILL. THEN WITHIN ONE WEEK 3 MORE NAILS FELL OFF. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND A RIP OFF.

I love going here. The place is very clean and that is BIG for me!
They also take time and if you are not happy for any reason they will
work to make you happy. Once, I picked a color for my toes and after
they were all done I made a comment that I really did not like the color
-- they changed it without asking questions even though it was a color
that I had picked.
Also, if you are a regular customer, you get
your own nail box with tools in it. So, not only are they clean but you
know that you are the only person that has used them.
I would highly recommend this place.

They are usually punctual, will re-do anything you ask and are very conscientious. I would and have recommend Nails 2000 to people for their maintaince mani/pedis. It is not a fancy place, it is not a full service spa; but the services they do offer have been consistently good. Only wish they would do threadings as well!

Overall the experience at Nail 2000 is wonderful. I absolutely love the work they do there. The people who work there are friendly, very efficient, and very skilled. They offer water, coffee or tea plus cookies. The facility is very clean and the chairs are very comfortable. I would give them five stars out of five.

They did a fantastic job! The salon is clean and offers a very sanitary environment with individual boxes which include supplies only used for me. Many salons use the same flies etc. on everyone which can lead to infections and other problems. The salon offers a whole array of services and is very a very good value. I have been here many times and they always do an excellent job. I have tried many other salons in the area and the quality of the work at Nail 2000 is superior, never matched. I would highly recommend going to Nail 2000, you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Nails 2000 for maybe 7 years and found that in the past 6 months it has changed. Slowly the technicians I've known and liked for so long were leaving. Tiffany who managed the shop was gone. I found the great technicians and Tiffany from Nails 2000 moved a few doors away to Tiffany's Nails and Spa - so I'm now a loyal customer of Tiffanys.

Fantastic, every time. I am very particular and they do an excellent job from start to finish. I always go to either Myle or Lee Lee to have my nails/wax done and they make sure each and every detail is perfect. I live in Clarendon and I make the extra trip since I have tried several places in the Clarendon area and they never do near a good of a job. At Nails 2000 they are never rushed and they are very friendly. If you want a perfect manicure for a very resonable price this is the place to go.

I have tried several places in the Arlington/Falls Church area and Nails 2000 is the better than any I've found. Their prices are better than most and the work they do is far superior to any others in the area. All of the nail technicians are friendly and do wonderful work. They also do waxing. I would recommend Nails 2000 to anyone looking for a really nice and long lasting manicure and pedicure.

All of the manicurists are Vietnamese and are quite good. They are also friendly. The salon seems to be very clean. They use sanitized manicure utensils. Repeat customers can have their own box of utensils just for them.
