This was done last December, and there were obviously a lot of people with the same idea at the time. The two techs were knowledgeable but had multiple jobs going at the time. We had them in our house until after 10 p.m. one night! Also, the patch work from drilling and cutting the ceiling was rough only meaning significant additional patching and painting was required. I missed this if it was in the fine print up front. Also, in troubleshooting a TV problem a few months later. The tech was unable to solve a screen problem, blamed DirecTV and charged us $110. It turned out that a simple screen setting had been changed and that was the only problem. The tech should have been capable of solving this simple problem. After multiple calls and over a month. I finally received a refund. Customer service is lacking in my estimate.

Extremely friendly and helpful service. Staff really takes the time to understand your needs and to learn about the room in which you will be using speakers. They don't try to sell you more than you need. Good quality products at a fair price, too.
