The overall job was good and VERY inexpensive. He spent the whole day here and only charged me $85. I paid him $100 with tip because $85 didn't seem like enough. He did good work and left the site (bathroom) fairly clean. Not spotless, just broom clean. I ran a vacuum after he left to get up some dust and small debris. I found him from a referral from a local tile shop. He's an older gentleman and I don't think he has a cell phone or email, so it was a bit hard getting in touch with him trading voice mails. But when we finally set a time, he was on time and did good work, and again very inexpensive. He also made some good judgment calls in doing the work (tiles were loose in places and he didn't risk ripping them all loose). He also left a note for me to call afterwards and he spent a while on the phone explaining problems he found and work he'd recommend having a contractor do (wood and backer board in the wall are wet and need to be replaced).
