Description of Work: He took his time, showed me issues that were going on in my 30 year old piano and explained why, then tuned it to itself to save me from having to pay for strings he was sure would break if he tuned it to concert pitch per my request. It was cheaper than he originally quoted.

Description of Work: Add my voice to the chorus of people who say that Mike is great. He was on time, professional, and most importantly, did excellent work. He wasn't able to tune all of my piano because of necessary repairs and we talked about it and he adjusted the price accordingly. I'm also new in the area and much is new to me. He helped me find names of piano repair technicians and seemed interested in helping me.
