I reached out to Jay to get an estimate on a hard wood floor repair. The initial conversation and subsequent meeting went well. Jay was initially professional and seemed knowledgeable. Price was fair so we decided to move forward with the repair.
Jay missed the first scheduled date saying we must have had a miscommunication on the date. We rescheduled for the following week. Again, he was a no-show and didnt call to let me know. After numerous attempts I reached him and he apologized saying his guy was running late. This sequence of events happened twice more with scheduled times and his company not showing up or calling. I normally would have gone with another company at this point but really wanted to get this project complete. His guy finally showed up completed the work but, not all the work I initially discussed with Jay. After I reviewed the job, the worker did go back and finish the work. Jay apologized for all the inconvenience and took off 30% from the price. Overall not worth the time and effort.

From ordering to the last sweep, Jay was always in touch. The manufacturer sent the wrong color, and Jay had it corrected within 3 days.

Excellent job by Jay and his team. They were responsive to my wife's needs/desires and the end product was professional and quality.

They did a great job for me and I love them. The price was comparatively very reasonable.

Company said ready start work, then 3-day delay followed, carpet not ready from mill. When they finally came, they brought the wrong pad. Came back the next day, did an OK job, but left the place a mess, carpet fibers all over house and staples and nails left in carpet. Had to call them back to clean up and cut a door that they had left unhinged. Very nice sales and service staff at store, but poor installation experience.
