Overall bad experience. The project was delayed over a month because Meta was working on other projects. After multiple delays and permit office rejecting the drawings several times, I had to bring in another EE firm to correct the work performed by Meta, in order to move the project forward. While Meta came highly recommended from a trusted source, I found them to be less than awesome.
