+ -1 moreBirds and squirrels were getting in our attic by pulling away the soffit screens. I spoke to many contractors who couldn't fix the problem while also maintaining the HOA approved color. This was a real pain in the neck. Marcelo, however, fixed the problem creatively and in a visually pleasing way. He's busy, so it does take a bit to get an estimate and the work completed (about a month) but we're so, so pleased. He does other remodeling as well ? was recommended by a neighbor for that work. We'll work with him again for other projects.
