If you are a buyer, don't entertain her listings. She works in bad faith. We met agent Marybeth Fraser at the open house and she seemed nice enough. We offered on the house and were excited when things sounded like they were moving along quickly. After some standard negotiation, Fraser agreed to terms and told us she was sending our contract to her client to be ratified. Based on what we were told (in writing, mind you) we scheduled a home inspection because the seller was interested in closing fast--we were trying to do all we could to make the seller happy. 6 hours later we had heard nothing. After inquiring what the delay was, the agent said they were going to wait for another offer instead. An offer they did not have in hand. This agent operates in bad faith, they delayed our offer multiple days and then ended up choosing someone else. We ended up paying a $100 cancellation fee on our inspection. Do not trust this realtor even if the ink is dry.
