The staff was very professional and courteous. The staff was very clean and respectful. They were really great. They cleaned all of the windows and sills. The service is well worth it. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again the future.

A crew of 4 or 5 showed up exactly at 8 (appointment time). They were very polite and professional and also very careful/respectful about not letting my cats out by mistake. They were friendly to the cats too which is nice because it helps them not freak out as much when there's a house full of strange men running around with buckets, step stools etc :-). I have 10 paned windows and two sets of French doors that inlcude storm doors and they did it all for $185. They were in an out in 90 minutes and the windows look brand new they are so clean :-). I will be hiring them to do this on a regular basis. (Older windows/storm windows are $14/window. For those of you with the nice new windows that don't require so much labor, the cost is only $7 per window with a minimum charge for the job being $185.)

They did a great job and their price was reasonable. We got a couple of bids and theirs was the most reasonable. They were great and we would definitely use them again. We had a little bit of trouble with their punctuality.
