We requested a quote to have Christopher and his crew resurface our concrete steps in the front of our house. He gave us a quote on the spot and several days later came back with his crew. The guys were out there several hours and the work looked great. We stayed off the steps for 48+ hours as instructed. Then, as soon as we walked down them, pieces of concrete started flaking off. We notified Christopher immediately, and for six months he kept promising to come by and repair the work, but he never did. Finally, I accused him of lying and leading me on and he hung up on me. I hardly ever have bad experiences, and it was a shock to be so blatantly deceived. Beware, Christopher seems like a really nice guy, but he will not stand by his work.
