Immediately, Peggy Parker impressed me with her knowledge of the Shirlington/Fairlington area and the properties therein. Peggy was infinitely patient, constructive in her advice, and an overall joy with whom to work. In my case, the property seller and his agent were particularly difficult and slow to respond. Peggy made all the difference in providing extra effort to see the transaction through to completion. So I had the chance to experience both ends of the real estate agent professionalism spectrum. Peggy Parker was phenomenal, and not just in comparison!
Description of Work: Peggy Parker was my real estate agent in the recent purchase of a Shirlington (Arlington) townhouse. She and her team provided an overall outstanding service and attention to detail that was as helpful as could be expected in such a complicated transaction. The responsiveness, thoroughness and professionalism of the entire relationship was first rate. Moreover, it was consistently conducted in good cheer!
