My husband picked the paint colors, and Julio provided an estimate that included purchasing the paint and supplies. We approved the estimate and added the back porch job as well. With an assistant, he completed everything in the expected time frame (if I remember correctly, the indoor painting took a couple of days and the porch was a two half-day project). He was punctual, friendly and professional and he came back promptly to fix up a few punch list items. We thought his prices were extremely reasonable. His only drawback is that his business itself doesn't feel very professional-he needs to invest a little in some invoicing stationery and a way to communicate via email or fax. He submitted a proposal in pencil on a blank piece of paper.
