I called Jorge because I needed to update my windows XP to something
faster and better. Jorge walked me though all pros and cons and carefully
listen to all my demands for the computers and advise me to buy my new Windows
8 laptop. I was so happy with my choice.
The other time I called Jorge was when I would get constant pop ups
to run updates, however all those updates require administrative password that
I did not remember. I called Jorge to set up an appointment. He was at my house
next day. Jorge patiently listen to all my concerns. He promptly reset my admin
password, run all necessary updates. He also removed some malware that he found
on my computer. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the job, now my computer runs
faster and I don't get those irritating pop ups.
I highly recommend JorgeTechGuru and I will be using his services
whenever I have a computer issue.
