Mr. Welesko was an excellent Realtor who I've worked with twice and will work him again in the future.  In my most recent property purchase, which closed last week, Mr. Welesko worked with me while I've been overseas and went the extra mile to FaceTime with me to show me properties he toured, assisted in getting me power of attorney for closing, and overall looked out for me throughout the whole process.  He provided valuable advice pulling on his expertise from having done this for several years and would listen to my questions and work with me in areas I was less familiar.  He set the closing date and stuck to it which is not as common with current regulations (dates tend to slip back).  Approximate cost was listed as $0 since the seller pays the realtor fees but I believe it was a reasonable fee of 3 percent.

My husband (then boyfriend/fiance) and I had been looking for a home for more than a year with the help of another real estate agent. We happened to meet Jeff at an open house for a home we were interested in.  We didn't end up loving the house, but we loved Jeff and decided to move forward with him as our agent.   Poor Jeff didn't know what he was getting himself into...  the search would continue for another year, but Jeff was extremely patient with us, even as we disagreed on location, price range, layout-- you name it!  Buying a home is so personal and determining what's really important to you can be difficult, but Jeff took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us prioritize.  As the months dragged on, he never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured into making a decision.  In competitive markets like Vienna, where we were focusing our search, having an agent that is both extremely knowledgeable about the area and responsive is critical.  When it comes to the greater DC market, Jeff knows it all, and is always quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls.  When we finally found the house we had been searching for, Jeff jumped on it and put in our offer right away.  He aptly guided us through the process and, two years later, we couldn't be happier in our home.

Perhaps the best endorsement we could give, all of the above notwithstanding, is that shortly after we closed on our home we used Jeff's services again-- this time as the rental listing agent on my husband's condo. Within weeks, Jeff found a great renter, greatly limiting the amount of time we had to carry two mortgages.  

Jeff is all you really need in a realtor. Look nowhere else. He will take care of everything you could possibly need throughout the home buying and selling process.

Jeff was great to work with. He was able to take the complicated process of buying a house and simplify it in to an easy process. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgable and knew a lot of the ins and outs of home buying. We ended up in a house we love thanks to Jeff's help.

Jeff was easy-going, professional, and very patient. He was able to meet us whenever we needed to look at a house. Excellent agent for home buyers looking to navigate the tricky DC metro market. Even after closing, he has kept in touch on market changes and other home owner necessities. Highly recommended!
