Jeff Marcey was prompt, thoroughly knowledgeable and willing to complete a job that was much bigger than we had imagined. The underdeck plumbing had burst in five places due to a failure to adequately purge the pipes last autumn. He repaired the affected pipes, which were in a tight spot under the deck, gave us the burst pipe segments and told us a more effective way to purge the pipes going forward. He was pleasant and professional. We will follow his advice, and definitely will contact him if we need a plumber in future.

We always have a very good experience. He's very hard to get. He's very popular. He's very knowledgeable, and very observant about what the issues are. He's the best priced plumber around, a combination of all those things. He's hard to get because I think he's extremely busy, but when he says he's going to come he's going to be there.

We priced him repeatedly and he's always cheaper than everybody. He's a one person shop, but he's much cheaper than the plumbing shops that have multiple employees.

Perfect work, he asked us what we needed and was sure to line up the right options with solutions that would work for us. He gave us a toilet that fit our price range at high quality, installed it without any fuss and has been on call for assistance on all previous work. Terrific!

Jeff is a straight shooter, came in and fixed the hot water heat piping, a hose bib line, and inspected all of the plumbing that was out in the open. Made recommendations of things to keep an eye on and what was worth the money to fix for the future. Did not recommend work that was not needed. I will be using Jeff again when additional work is needed in the future, hard to find guys like Jeff in this town.
