Juan and his team showed up on Monday as scheduled and on time. We didn't know exactly what we would find when the team started opening up walls in a 100 year old house but Juan came prepared with tons of plastic covering, vacuums and all the tools he needed. Juan had estimated that it would take three days to get the demo completed but they were done in two. The remainder of the project continued at the same pace. The fit and finish of the work completed was beyond my expectations. But most importantly, when Juan and his team left the house on a daily basis, they left it clean. I know that construction dust spreads throughout the house but they went to exceptional efforts to keep my house clean and liveable while they conducted their work. This extra effort that Juan and his team took, made all the difference in the world with the project. So Yes, the project went very well and I look forward to using him again.
