Lawn Service
His name is Fuentes. He has been very helpful. He is very good and works seven days a week. We hired him to mow the lawn and keep the ground of the condominium complex, of which I am the member of the board, clean. He has been doing a really good job. We don?t have a sprinkler system so the grass is dying right now because it is dry here. He has been doing a very good job and it has been a very hot summer. He charges $200 to mow the lawn and $400 to mulch. It is a large property. He weeds every time he comes. He comes twice for the mulching. We also hired him for a special job. We have gravel walkways up to the front entryway doors of the property. He replenished all the gravel for us. He did that for about $700. It included material and labor. We will use him in the future.
