iYogi Computer Support Services, Arlington

Before I had the Geek Squad I had these awful people called Yogi Computer Support Services.  They're such a rip off, so dishonest.  I would caution anybody against using them.

He then tried to sell me a one year "contract" for $198.  I refused.  He persisted and continued to try to sell me a contract.  I repeatedly refused.  After approximately 20 to 30 denials by myself, I requested that he transfer me to his supervisor.  He did.  I then told him that I did NOT want their services.  The supervisor then began his own sales pitch saying my machine had serious problems but was worth spending the money to "repair".  I again repeatedly refused their service.  After that I came close to using bad language and told the supervisor that he was getting on my last nerve.  He then released my computer.  He did not however remove the "docking" software that gave them  access to my computer.   I used the Microsoft deinstaller and removed the docking software.  As I was leaving for the weekend, I did nothing more except turn the computer off.  On my return, I purchased McAfee's registry cleaner, ran it, which DID correct registry errors.  Norton however still did not launch.  I then contacted Norton support, making sure that it WAS Norton and not iYogi.  She requested and I gave her control of my computer.  She quickly resolved the issues with the Norton installation, and at my request removed all iYogi software on my desktop.  She ran a virus scan.  There were NO viruses on my machine.  The machine ran all software quickly.  I lost no work and all software seems to function normally, 
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH IYOGI!!!!
