The President of IMGt, Ali El-Khatis, came to my house to see the work required for my kitchen renovation. He was referred to me by a company that had given me an estimate for kitchen cabinets. (they share space with IMGT) Ali said he would get back to me with a proposal. After a week, when I could not reach him, I e-mailed my contact at the cabinet company. He said he would get in touch with Ali and get back to me. After several calls and e-mails, he told me Ali said I would have the estimate the next day. IT NEVER CAME. I made several attempts to reach both of them. Neither returned my calls. If Ali, at IMGT, was not interested in doing the work, then just say so. It was incredibly rude and unprofessionalism to keep putting me off for several weeks and then never respond. Certainly not a good way to run a business.

In all cases IMGT has provided quality materials and labor at a good price. Workers have shown up when they said they would and done a complete job.
I have never had any complaints and highly recommend them.
