The house buying process could have not gone any better than it did. We made a very wise choice & avoided lots of bad ones with Howard s help. Howard knows residential real estate in Northern Virginia. He knows the advantages & disadvantages of different locations, housing types, & he knows what prices things are worth. Best of all, Howard was able to really know what my husband & what I wanted in a house. This was critical since I was in living in NC at the time & my husband had an apartment in Arlington & traveled overseas work a lot. We both found Howard to be a very pleasant person to work with & that he truly knew his profession. Howard was essential in us making a wise economic & personal decision in the purchase of this house.
