Humberto Vina and his team did an excellent job for gutting an old 1940's bathroom and helping me to pick out the high end marble, granite and Kohler fixtures. Beautifully executed and would hire them again when I ready for next bathroom remodeling project.

We looked at 3 contractors for our basement remodel project. The project consisted of demoing the existing walls and half bathroom, moving the plumbing (jack hammering the concrete floor) and building a brand new full bathroom. Other work included electrical, relocating HVAC ductwork, plumbing, tile work, drywall, trim and paint. Customer service was fantastic throughout the project. Humberto is the owner/primary point of contact for the project. Marlon is his partner who does a lot of the design and problem solving. That is key when doing a renovation. You will encounter problems, it really comes down to how your contractor solves those problems. Marlon and Humberto exceeded expectation on every level. Looking forward to our next project so we can work with Home Renovations Unlimited again!

Humberto and his team are great. They completed A full bathroom and laundry room remodel. Their tiling and drywall craftsmanship is superb. I have no problem recommending this company. They are complete professionals and very pleasant to do business with.

Ability to understand, listen and perform the work with creativity to meet the customer's expectations. This company's workers are flexible, with an appreciation of the home within that they are working. The installation of my new bathroom was difficult due to the space that had to be created between two rooms between walls and the dead space it hid. The bathroom which is beautiful was built to specifications and within the space designated. There wasn't a bathroom on the top floor of two bedrooms and now my house has full bathrooms on each of the three floors, which will increase the resale value. Their recommendations on the tile, color and all the accessories design made this project worth every penny!

we've done many projects in the past, but Humberto Vina kept us updated better than all of the previous teams combined. If unsure about any detail, he was quick to call and get the proper answer. They replaced a leaking shower, did new tile and all of the electrical leaving us with a bathroom we're thrilled with.

Humberto Vina and his team did a great job on my home renovation project. The team remodeled a couple of bathrooms and changed all interior doors in the process. Vina was always in the loop and spent considerable time explaining the process, coming up with alternative options, shop suggestions for purchasing items etc., Communication and workmanship from the team was great and I will not hesitate to hire them again for any future work.

Humberto Vina and his team did a great job on my bathroom remodelling and finishing my laundry room. With two projects, they had to do everything from electrical, plumbing, drywall, tiles, painting, custom door installation, etc. They were very accommodating, flexible, and provided me with sound advice and recommendations. My place is very old and has 'character', so when Humberto ran into problems he always brought them to my attention and asked how I'd like them to be solved. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final products. I love my new and improved bathroom and laundry room, its almost like I have a new house! I'd definitely hire them again when I get my basement redone.

This company gets 5 stars and a 10 star rating for honesty and fair price! We are getting our home ready for sale and they had great cost effective ideas. We had our kitchen and baths remodeled, electrical work and the entire place painted, after they took off the popcorn ceiling. We also had Hardwood flooring installed. I trusted all the workers in my home and they were also respectful and courteous. The work was completed earlier than I was told. I am very picky and was happy with them, entirely, because I find that people today don't take the time and don't seem to care about the job they are doing, but this company exceeded my expectations in that area. I didn't have to ask about anything because they would come to me with a solution to every problem they encountered with the remodel and it was always solutions to save money with purchasing materials with the greater picture in mind.

After meeting 6 managers and receiving 6 estimated cost for the project , I pick up Home Renovations Unlimitted, LLC due to the professional skills and experiences about the procedure when talking with The manager, Humberto Vina. He is patient to explain all of my questions about how to choose the good materail and how to maintain the bath room after the renovation. He fulfilled all of my request without increasing the cost of the project. The company finished the job on time in a little time for this big project per my request . After reviewing their work I was very satisfied about the good job they have done to my new bath room. Great company to work with, Always on time. Communicative and responsible. I added a grease/butler's kitchen (sink, microwave, washer/dryer/cooking range/cabinets) and Home Renovation took extra care to ensure nothing gets damaged. The finished quality is A+. The contractor worked with us to ensure the backsplash comes out beautiful and even recommended the grout that will work and recommended not to install the original grout color. He was right.

Humberto Vina is beyond excellent with fantastic ideas, concepts and visions of putting together a beautiful bathroom. He has excellent attention to details; communicates and explains everything that he is doing; and goes out of his way to help with the selection of materials such as tiles, colors, etc. He has great employees (not subcontractors) which are all very good at what they do; and the workers are courteous, very careful when bringing in materials or removing debris, and their workmanship is simply spot on. Humberto made sure that all of the hardwood floors were protected with melamine boards and erected plastic zippered walls to control the dust. Everything else that needed to be protected was covered with either drop cloths or plastic. We are just 2 weeks into the project but the rough-ins; sub-floors; backer-boards and plumbing looks just perfect.

Pleasure to work with. Price was easily cheapest. Endlessly impressed w/ knowledge & attention to detail. Scheduled appointments (at no cost) to see available stock at hardware stores. Picked up all materials at no cost. Finished job early & on budget despite running into unforeseeable challenges (eg. cheap plastic pipes burst, but they bought and installed new plumbing for no additional charge. Also, after accidentally stripping off finish from wood floor, refinished it at no cost). Rare professional dedicated to ensuring a good experience & high quality, at low cost

They did a great job for a reasonable price. As we speak, they are installing the shower door. The shower has a morter base and sealed waterproof membrane with small travertine tiles on the floor, large tiles on the wall and a moen single handle shower controllet and shower with a large head. Piping is soldered copper and all work is technicially proficient. This basement shower will be the nicest of the three in the house. And the work was timely. Great job and a personable bunch of folks!

The job I hired Home Renovations Unlimited, LLC, for was assembling and installing a very large pantry cabinet. It was a very complex assembly requiring specialized equipment. The company representatives did a beautiful job with the assembly and installation, and I could not be more pleased with the pantry. Additionally, they thoroughly cleaned the kitchen area from all the construction debris and helped put the dining room furnture back in place before they left. This was an excellent value for the cost, which was very reasonable for a job of this size. I would definitely consider hiring them for any other job I might have in the future
