We were super impressed. The initial screening process to get your dog in is a bit intense, but at the end of the day it's just them making sure your dog will play nice. The entire crew was loving and gave our dog the best care. Check them out, you won't regret it.

My dog and I had a great experience with their training class! They have a very structured approach with clearly outlined expectations (along with a training handbook/pamphlet!) and a reasonably flexible policy for making up classes that had to be missed. My class had two trainers who were very helpful-- they were open, supportive, and had constructive feedback. Would definitely use again!

Everything on their website is true so rely on that with confidence.
This company is very responsive (although do leave a voice mail or send an email as in my experience they don't pick up the phone).  
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
My dog LOVES this place and comes home exhausted in a good way. 
I've been disappointed a couple of times when I wanted to bring my dog for doggie daycare on a last minute basis but they didn't have room. We typically have a reservation but you can't always plan your emergencies so knowing they would be there for the last minute needs would be a great service although in my experience that is not available here.  
They also care about the dogs. My dog got a pretty nasty parasite from the last place he was at and, although I called to tell them, they sent absolutely no communication to dog owners about the issue. 
FGMN will send messages alerting you to issues with other dogs so you can take proper precautions.  After my experience with the last place, this very much impressed me.

Excellent service. Felt we got individual attention as well as ample opportunity to watch and learn from other pet/owner duos as well as when the trainer demonstrated. Our pup is so much happier and healthier because of the excellent training and explanations around our dog's behavior, especially with the socialization of our puppy. Most of the other dogs in our training class were larger than her, which scared her to begin with, but with careful techniques tailored to her (separate socialization/play groups for larger and higher energy dogs vs. more timid or smaller dogs, trainer showed us how to serve as a "home base" for our dog when she goes to play with other dogs) helped us understand her needs. Now she is able to play appropriately with other dogs without getting scared! The trainers were clearly well-versed in dog behavior, highly professional, and well-worth the time and money spent on these courses!

I can't say enough good things about Furgetmenot.  I take my dog there for training and daycare. He loves going to daycare, the staff is friendly and has helped break some of his bad habits as well as providing a great place for him to go so he isn't stuck at home all day while we work.  The trainers are always ready to answer questions and help with any issue that come up, really a great group of folks to work with.  If you have a dog, taking them to do training at Furgetmenot is a great way to bond with them and turn them into a great pet.

All together, FGMN provides a great service.  As with everything, I've had some dog walkers who were better than others, but in general, they arrive when they say they will, my dogs are always happy to see their walker and when I have a sitter in my house overnight, the dogs are well cared for.  I have had one or two problems over the 5+ years I've used them and they have always resolved them to my satisfaction.

Company was not flexible.  Seemed more interested in collecting their money than schedule changes resulting form emergencies at my home.  Walkers were friendly but seemed inexperienced to handle certain pet needs.  Customer service reluctant to listen to concerns at first but did offer a new sitter.  Ultimately it was the big business feel that discouraged me and made me look elsewhere for dog care services.

We use Fur Get Me Not for doggie day care and boarding.  We love the team and atmosphere.  Our dog loves the day care staff, too.  When we drop him off he forgets we're there.  The training facility and day care area is very clean and safe.  Everyone is professional and attentive to our needs.  I highly recommend Fur Get Me Not.

Eliza (and any subs, as necessary) is great with Lucy.  I really appreciate the care she shows for my dog.  Additionally, the office staff is very professional.

I love fur get me not,  and will recommend them without hesitation!

mid-day dog walks.

Fur-Get-Me-Not provides very good service.  On most days, the same walker does the mid-day walk.  The continuity is a big plus for the dog, and for me, because I know the person who is coming into the house and caring for my dog.  In the eight months that we have used their services, we've had just two walkers, and both have been terrific.  The first walker is a student and the dog was besotted with him.  He had the dog doing runs and wind sprints on the bike trail.  When his class schedule changed, Fur-Get-Me-Not introduced another regular walker who is very kind and affectionate with the dog, and has been willing to reinforce the training we have been doing with her.  I have observed both walkers with my dog on several occasions, and the dog seemed very  comfortable and happy in their company (I wish I could say this was the dog's reaction to most people, but it isn't).   The walkers are reliable to come as scheduled.  The front office has been very accommodating in setting up dog sitting when we are away.

It's absolutely one of the best training and daycare places in the Mid-Atlantic. With the daycare people, you could not leave your dog in better hands. They separate the dogs by temperament and size. They are wonderful! Their services are outstanding, and there is no comparison.

I've used them for pet sitting as well and they are wonderful! They are so gentle with the dogs and it's really important for a rescue dog that may have been abused. They are really caring and it shows that the love the dogs!

Fur-Get Me Not is wonderful.  My dog walker Dave Hurley is terrific.  No complaints.
