TV Repair
They kept it for four months; the part they needed was coming, but it never showed up. So, I went out and bought a new TV. All promise and no repair. I would not recommend them or use them again.

OUTCOME: THE WORK WAS DONE IN A FEW DAYS, AND THE REPAIR WAS DONE WITHIN THE ESTIMATED RANGE OF COSTS. A COMPARABLE QUOTE FROM ANOTHER TV/ELECTRONIC REPAIR SHOP QUOTED A HIGHER PRICE, AND WASN'T CERTAIN IT COULD FIND THE NEEDED PART. GENERALLY, THE WORK HERE IS DONE QUICKLY AND WELL.
