Carlos was wonderful. This job turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated because this house (built in 1940) was never designed for central air conditioning. Carlos gave me an honest opinion about what he would do if it were his home and was willing to work with our specific needs. Even when the job turned out to be much more complicated, he never tried to raise the price on us, and he even gave us a free digital thermostat because the job took longer than anticipated. He is a man of his word, and he kept reassuring me that he would not leave until I was totally satisfied with his work. In this day and age, his dedication to his customers was so refreshing, and he is also a genuinely nice person. I am 100% satisfied with his work. He did an amazing job at an amazingly low cost for a difficult house to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and will be using him for any future A/C needs that I may have.
