Expertise Computers in Arlington, came over after 10 pm on Saturday night to pick up my PC. I was desperate. He took the computer back to his shop, fixed it by early afternoon and had it up and running. It needed a Power Supply component. My internet went out and he also helped me restore it. I was in dire straits as I have to use the computer Monday morning at 7 a.m. for teleworking. I gave him a 5 review because he cared enough to take the time to help me out even though it was late Saturday night.

Very pleasant, helpful person. It was awhile back so I don't remember all the details. Everything he fixed still works, and he said I should fee free to call him with further questions.

Went very well. Computer ready next day. Very professional and competent.

I actually stumbled upon this place while looking for a dry cleaner in the area. The shop was very clean, organized, and minimalist with some great used computer deals. I found it independently on Angie's list and decided to take my wife's Mac Book (2008) there for a tuen up. Vulcan was professional, punctual, and did exactly what he said he'd do. The price was great and I'll definitely use him again in the future.

My problems were immediately attended and within hours my computers were repaired. They treated me professionally and courteously. It was quality work at reasonable prices.
Very satisfied with Volkan's services and will go back to him in the future. Also, I recommend my friends, neighbors and even in my co-workers who are looking for reliable, quality and reasonably priced services.

My Lenovo PC left mouse wasn't working and I tried the obvious approaches. Installed latest drivers. Did multiple tests. Could not figure it out and did not want to open the PC and fiddle with it. Expertise Computers a) answered the phone immediately, b) I dropped off the PC right after, c) they diagnosed it within hours, d) they had the part on hand instead of having to order it, e) they installed it - basically I could have had same day service. I picked it up the next day. Multiple payment type options - i.e. I could pay cash, check, credit card. All good A++
