Description of Work: Laurel store gave my Prepaid Futon to another person 3 days before my scheduled pick up. The Store "Manager" John was unwilling to take any real steps to resolve the issue, and indeed became aggressive towards me by coming around the counter and getting in my face. John only offer was to offer me the floor model. He did not even call one of the other locations and was insulting and disingenuous.

Description of Work: We purchased a futon from this company. The service provided at the shop was excellent as was the delivery. The only complaint I have is with the hours for the shop, which didn't match up with what's on the website. This meant, when we showed up on a Sunday at 4 pm, it was already closed even though the website said 5 pm. They also don't answer phones so it's nearly impossible to call and verify the hours of operation.

The store had a pretty good selection of options for each of the futon, cover, mattresses, and pillows. The salesperson was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I managed to get my selections delivered within 48 hours. Not everyone will be so lucky, but they said they could fill most orders within a few days. One part of the experience that they may wish to reconsider is the delivery. Instead of adding the delivery/assembly charge to the purchase price, so one could pay for everything with one swipe of a credit card, which would have been more convenient, I was directed to pay the delivery person separately. In my case, the job was outsourced to someone in an unmarked truck who apparently also has a handyman business. When he arrived, he started soliciting business for his handyman services before getting down to the job that he was there to do. But then he got down to work and did a very good job, and he was very nice. Still, I wonder whether it wouldn't be better if the store took more direct control of the delivery/assembly phase.
