The project went very well, indeed. We were lucky that the house was unoccupied so time was not a critical issue, as Mr. Padgett is a one man operation. He is, however, a master of all the skills necessary to accomplish a project this extensive. Over the course of a year, we consulted on layout, drew up plans, and visited regularly to monitor the progress of the project. There were never any problems, just minor questions from time to time. We were pleased to hear from our HVAC contractor that their staff was highly impressed by the quality of Mr. Padgett's work, which they saw close up at various stages of the project. The biggest problem was probably the leaking of the new heating system, but Mr. Padgett made sure the contractor came back and fixed it; this took a couple of visits.
