Dolly's Cleaning Solutions

We used them twice and will never use them again. We met with Marco prior to hiring the company. He told us that the ladies do not have to move furniture because they have a vacuum that goes underneath. After two cleanings, I can affirmatively say they do not vacuum underneath ANY furniture! I clean my home better myself. After I was disappointed in the first clean, I told Marco that they did not vacuum under the furniture. He offered to have them come back the following day. I did not want to bother with that, so I just did it myself. However, before allowing them back for the second clean, I told Marco that I wanted them to vacuum under the furniture. After the second cleaning, the floors looked even worse than the first time!!!! Not only did they still not vacuum under any of the furniture, but the entire bathroom floor was dirty. I cannot believe we paid these people. My house is about as clean if I had given my 15-year old niece $20 to clean it. You can see photos attached to this review. Not only was my house not clean, but they left the back door unlocked!!!! To make matters worse, when I called Marco to complain about the second cleaning, I told him I was discontinuing service. They were polite and thorough. I would use them again.

Outstanding. I was so impressed. I called Marco with an emergency request for house cleaning as relatives suddenly announced they were coming in a couple of days. Usually I clean my house, but this time given recent construction, there was dust everywhere and I just did not have the time.
Marco offered to do a and quot;light cleaningand quot; for $145 for my 1400 sq foot house. I knew I could get cheaper deals online with coupons but those usually required scheduling well in advance. I agreed.
Dolly and her crew of 4 women arrived the next day. The did an absolutely phenomenal job. They dusted thorougly, mopped my floors, vacuumed, throughouly scrubbed my kitchen countertops and even started cleaning my fridge before I told them it wasn't necessary. This is clearly the best house cleaning I've experienced - their and quot;light cleaningand quot; was far superior to any other regular cleaning.
They said for their and quot;deep cleaningand quot; (about $300 I think) they move all appliances and clean under them and go through and clean all drawers and cupboards in addition to everything else. I will certainly have to sign up for this once my construction is over.

very thorough

They are incredible. I've used them for a couple of years now, and they're especially good. I like that they always do something special. They fluff up your pillows, leave little notes, etc. They go the extra mile. They don't do the minimum and leave. They're very good. It's a family run company. They have good employees. They're just good people. They're very reasonably priced.
