DMV Fixer

Peter Johnson was sent by my iPhone Insurance Company to perform the repair to the screen on my iPhone 7. I was given a 1pm-3PM arrival time just before 3PM he called and said he would be around 1 hr late. When he got here he was nice and went to work really fast in my opinion "To Fast" like he was trying to make up the lost time for the day on my repair. He changed the screen out in about 20min and put it back together. He restarted the phone and said you may need to re-sink it with iTunes. Rather than wait to be sure it was ok, he ran out the door. In about 5 min it was clear my Home Screen button wasn't working at all but was totally fine before he started. I tried to call him right back to try and get him to come right back but he didn't answer and I had to use another phone as I couldn't do anything with mine since the Home Screen button isn't doing anything. I called him 4 times texted him 2 times and emailed him as well with no response to any of them even by the next day. When he ran out the door he did give me his card and say if you need any other phones fixed that are not insured I have my own business as well. I called the insurance company and told them everything that happened and they said they could send him back but I would have to pay the $49 fee again. I said to them you have to be kidding me. He didn't fix it. They said my only no cost option now was a replacement phone. He is an independent contractor for himself but also for Asurion
