I have never had a problem with them. I call them about what ever needs to be done. I am very happy with their service and programming I get from them. I am very happy with the quality of the pictures. Occasionally, during a heavy rainstorm or snowstorm I might get pixel picture because it is loosing some signal from the satellite. It does not last that long. I just watch something that I have recorded. That is during the heavy storms.

For the most part our service has been good. If we have storms the reception is not so good and at times knocks our box out. Their customer service is pretty good. They were punctual and right on time for installation services. The first person we had to come install service wanted to install it somewhere that we did not want it so we did not have that done. We called the company and they sent out someone else who removed the previous dish off the roof and ran the cable through the house as it was before. He was very respectful. They did make it right for us.

We have been using them from at least four years. We are happy with them. It works almost all the time. The billing is easy. If we have a problem, they come out and fix it. I would keep using them.
