Perfectly. Richard Routson is a great guy! He repaired the dent in about an hour for less money than I had expected before I contacted him. I could not see any sign of the dent afterward.

I emailed them for a quote from some photos I had taken and received a call back within 30 min, which was great. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I arrived 30 min early, they were nice enough to start the work earlier too. I was in and out within the time period they had promised and the work was done very well. I would definitely highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

To remove the dents, Richard  had to remove and replace hood, trunk and interior head liners, which he did flawlessly.  One dent was inaccessible from behind, but Richard was able to remove it using a suction method.  Work was performed on schedule.  Richard handled the final settlement with my insurance company (USAA), which had low-balled the estimate.

Richard was very responsive, he greeted me on time, and finished when he said he would. I can't tell where the ding was. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Richard does great work. The dent was about 3" wide caused by a felled coconut. Who knew coconuts could inflict such damage. Anyway, the repair took about 1.5 hours. It was in a difficult place, on the ridge near the gas door. He has to remove the back light fixture to gain access. The result is fabulous. Looks like new!

Experience was very good. I dropped the car off on a Thursday night so Richard would have the car first thing.  He indicated it would take a day and a half, and would be able to pick the car up on Saturday afternoon.  However Richard arrived early to start working on the car, and it was finished in one day.  All the dents are gone, and the car looks great.

From making an appointment to the completed job, Richard was great. Dents were completely removed with no hint of any previous damage. Excellent service across the board, I would not hesitate to use Denmasters again.

Richard and Dentmasters are amazing!  A nasty dent on the passenger front fender of my 1969 GTO convertible was removed for me basically while I went to a long lunch/dinner with my daughters.  Service ethic and attitude were tremendous, the work was quick and there are no signs of the dent at all.  I will absolutely keep Dentmasters in mind for any future work I may require.  Simply outstanding!

Repairs went great.  The hood looks like it did when I purchased the car.  Richard was honest, upfront, and professional.  I was a little taken back by the cost, but not having done this before I don't know.  I can't argue the quality.  You get what you pay for. Richard had excellend reviews so I assume it was a fair price.

Richard is the da Vinci of small dent repair.  He took my Miata that dings all over from 14 years parked on the street and had most of the panels looking as good as new in just one day.  The cost was far below conventional body shop work.  He was very prompt in scheduling and completing the work.

Someone hit my brand new car in a parking lot and didn't leave a note.   I had the car (an SUV) about a week and it only had 200 miles on it.  Since I usually keep my cars about 12 years, I decided to do some research about getting it repaired.   The ding/dent (about a foot-wide area) was in a tricky place -- on  a back door along the side which curved in while a another line tapered out.  The dent straddled both.    I read all about paintless dent repair and settled on Richard after reading other reviews.   I met with him a week or so later at the Arlington Mercedes dealership and he was great, but I decided to wait a little while to see if I could live with the dent.  The car was just so new and I was nervous about it.   I wondered if more damage could be caused by an attempt to fix it.  And I knew that if the car had been older I probably wouldn't have bothered.   5 months and 8,000 miles later, I returned to Richard because every time I saw that dent it bugged me, just as much due to the situation (new car, no note) as the dent itself.   So after 2 hours and $300, it looks like brand new again!   My first thought was wow, I should have done that long ago!!  The lines look perfect again.   And now I don't have that negative thought every time I see it.  Have already spread the word to my friends should they need repair in the future.  Hopefully I won't, but I know who I'll see if I do!   Richard was very professional, very punctual both times I went in, and confident in his work.   Scheduling the appointments was easy -- communication is great.   Highly recommend.  And worth the drive from Maryland.

Richard did an excellent job repairing the front quarter panel of my Ford Escape.  My car was hit by a falling tree branch and had several small dents.  I can't even tell where they were before.  He was easy to schedule with and his estimate and eventual invoice was emailed to me on the spot. I highly recommend Richard Routson of DentMasters.

Richard is absolutely great. He did an excellent job removing all dings also in places that is hard to believe he could get to.

Richard had to push a rod through the brake light, up the inside of the rear  car door.  I didn't think he would be able to get access to push the dent out, but he did it.  And he was able to buff the scratches away, making it look new again.

My Dentmasters technician was very punctual, and explained the process very well. He works out of a Mercedes dealership in Arlington, so the wait in the Merc waiting room was very comfortable, with coffee, pastries, internet access and lots of expensive mercs to drool over. The job was completed in a matter of a couple of hours, and looks good. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would recommend Dentmasters to someone interested in paintless dent removal.
