Daves company waterproofed my basement walls. This was a big task since it involved removing all the existing paint first and then applying several layers of drylock and paint. Dave even came back months later to reapply some areas that seal right. Dave is probably one of the most honest mans you meet and he stands by his promises. I would definately choose him again for future construction projects.

Great! Dave's company waterproofed and painted my basement walls using Drylock Extreme and other materials. This was a big tasks since all the existing paint need to come off the walls first. Dave is a man of his promises. He guaranteed his work and he even came back over a year later to fix some small areas that didn't hold up as expected. I would definitely use Dave again for future work!!

I've looking for years for a good contractor. Dave Payne is a true gem and I'm so happy that I've found "my guy". Dave and his crew were courteous, fast, and meticulous. From demolition all the way to the final finishing touches, Dave Payne construction completed on the job on time and to the highest level of quality. There's a reason why Dave does not need to advertise... he gets all his business from word of mouth. Honest, good prices, and just all around wonderful.

Dave was fast to come out and estimate the work.

He was upfront with what they would (and would not) do. He was clear that what I was asking of him was a temporary patch that would last ~2years to make sure I understood.

They got some paint on counters. The metal tips on basement stairs didn't go all the way to the edge on vertical side, so wood showing.

Mr. Payne was very fast to reply to my original request for an estimate and has been extremely accommodating in making sure our schedules worked together.The work was done on schedule, for the price quoted and I've never had neater contractors in my home. One of the repair jobs was for the kitchen ceiling and I didn't have to move a thing...they moved what needed to be moved (and replaced it) and hung plastic to protect everything in the room.

I use them all the time, and they have been fine. They are honest and reliable, and I trust them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

He’s excellent. They are professional. He goes out and picks things for me. He’s an outdoor guy. I work with them a lot. He’s pretty responsive. He’ll take care of things right away. They are really good. They are very prompt. They have downsized over the years because of the economy. The guys are very nice. So far I’ve had no complaints. I would recommend them. He takes the keys and goes in, takes care of the operation and leaves. I have no problem. Some people think that he’s expensive but I think he’s fine. He’s still not completed the project. I would use his services again in the future.
