I needed the work done but found it difficult to trust contractors. The previous one did a half-hearted job and stopped answering when I asked him to return to repair his work. William came by for an estimate and identified the problems and solutions. I had an idea of what I wanted and need and felt ease when I realized we were on the same page. William was great with communication and delivered the work in a timely manner. I have a few other projects that I need done and I’ll be sure to reach out to him.
