Chris was responsive from the beginning, ascertaining the sort of property we wanted to rent. He summarized the suitable properties on the market, was available when we wanted to view the properties and was responsive to our needs. When we found the property that we liked he took the initiative to prompt the landlord's agent to draw up the lease and contacted her regularly as he knew that we wanted to move in as soon as possible. He kept us abreast of developments and had a lovely courteous, professional manner when dealing with us and the landlord. This meant that they were willing to work with us to meet the tight deadline.
I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants personal, genuine service from a real estate agent who will work on weekends and at night to deliver a quality service.
