The owner/manager himself performed the cleaning as a one-man team on a Saturday. The cleaning was thorough and professional and I was very pleased with the level of service. A few things I would like to point out that I appreciated:
I purchased the groupon for three cleanings, but only had the chance to use one. Still, the owner would call me every few weeks to check in and see if I wanted to use the other two (I was traveling, so was not available to do so) but I was impressed that he continued to reach out. When I offered him my standard tip after he performed the cleaning, he stated that he would put it in the tip jar that all employees share, which was rather impressive, given that he was the one out on Saturday doing the job.
