At Clarendon Home Services, we offer a unique approach to home improvement contracting based on long term relationships with our clients. Our mission is to take the hassle out of home ownership, beginning with our signature Home Maintenance Plan. For our Members, we perform basic routine maintenance around your home, plus we are available for any type of home improvement project (big or small!) at very competitive rates. More importantly, you have someone you trust on call 7 days a week for any sort of emergency that might come up. While we prefer to work within our Home Maintenance Plan and offer our Members preferred rates and priority scheduling, However, we do offer a Project Basis as well. For Handyman services, our skilled Craftsman would verify with you the estimate to complete the job upon visual inspection at first arrival and will require a deposit of $150 to begin work. For more complex projects which may involve diagnosis and/or multiple trades, we require a non-refundable deposit of $150 to schedule our Project Coordinator to meet with you to review the work and prepare an estimate.
