My experience with him was great and I liked him a lot. He was very knowledgeable of the area. He had detailed knowledge of northern Virginia, which was very helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate the schedule. I decided not to buy after shopping around a couple of weeks. He was very responsive and very easy to get along with. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

Dan and Gabriel were able to sell our condo before it even hit the market. They even put up a video walk through of the condo on YouTube, which accelerated the selling process. I was able to get a great deal on the condo and new house. They just did an excellent job throughout the whole experience. He was very comfortable with selling the condo as well as working with me on purchasing the house. They were always available for contact. They were always available to answer any questions and got everything lined up such as home inspections and had other services readily available. Basically any aspect of buying and selling a home was covered when we bought our house. City Smart was able to reduce the overall cost with a stellar subsidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them in the future if needed.
