Very well. Free estimate. Then he did the work right then. Haven't had any problems since. Even taught us how to tighten a pipe.

We had a good experience with him. He was able to diagnose the problem with our pipes. We would use them again.

We remodeled our downstairs bathroom in our house and needed to have a
new water connection put in for our washing machine. We had used Mark
with Cherrydale Plumbing in the past and used him again for this job. He
was able to install the new waterlines and the box that housed them in a
few hours as well as move the drainage pipe for the washer and dryer.
They did a great job, got everything installed, and cleaned up
everything when they were done. Very happy with their services will use
again.

Mark showed up on a Saturday after calling late Friday afternoon about our problem. He was very timely and professional prior to his arrival. He researched the issue very professionally and gave his assessment of what was wrong. He suggested we replace the entire toilet as the leak was due to the cracked and faulty toilet. He showed me where the top of the tank had a missing chip of ceramic and said the floating ball device wasn't stopping the tank from filling properly. Essentially, he said it was causing the toilet to overflow through the void of space at the top of the tank. As we are renters, I needed to run the repair suggestion by our landlord for approval. He had given me his price to complete this repair, which I then relayed via voicemail to our landlord. The blocked sink however was my doing, so I gave him the go-ahead to start working on that for us. As he was disassembling our sink, he told me that our garbage disposal was leaking and also needed to be replaced. He said it was leaking water where the power was connected into it and explained how dangerous this was. So again, I call my landlord with this suggestion and with his price to replace it. I had to leave my landlord another voicemail. She called me back within 10 minutes though and we discussed what Mark had suggested. She checked with her son, who is a plumber in Baltimore, about these suggestions we were getting and her son thought she should do some further research of pricing online. His rates seemed to be too high. I relayed this back to Mark as she checked. His response to me then was that these things really needed to be done. So I had told him that I would try to talk to our landlord again. Our landlord called back and she had found pricing for toilets and disposals much cheaper online. Her suggestion was that she purchase these and possibly have him come back to install them. Something in that caused Mark to become extremely unprofessional. He began making generalizations about how cheap landlords are and how they never want to fix anything right. He said that they call their banks to stop payments after they pay him and are too much of a hassle. My landlord, also my mother-in-law, is a reasonable person...and I tried to explain to Mark that he really shouldn't be making such generalizations as he was. I explained that this was my mother-in-law he was talking about and I would just need to explain to her why these things needed to be replaced now. Before he would explain anything else to me, he was packing up all of his tools in a fury and driving away. Our sink was left unusable and I had to call out another plumber the following Monday. This time I checked yelp for positive reviews before just calling anyone. The new plumber came out, found the leak to be an issue with an overflowing trap in the kitchen sink (nothing was wrong with the disposal or the toilet), put the sink back together and left. We haven't had any problems since.

The prices weren't cheap, but weren't the highest either. They were great with communication. They had a fixed-price list for various jobs, which was nice.
