I've taken a problem or a piece of equipment in and shown it to them. They've told me what's wrong with it and how to fix it. They've said, "The best way to fix this is..." They've got the materials. It's not like, "buy a whole new part". It's like, "buy this fifty cent piece and then attach it this way and you're done." If I've got any small parts or I need plumbing advice, these are the guys I go talk to. They're extremely helpful. For me, that's one of the biggest things. The quality of service is why I go back to someone. They really work to help you. They'll talk with you all day, if need be, about what your issue or problem is and give you the best advice they can on how to do it yourself.
