There was one time I had an emergency at a rental property and he was out there, literally, within minutes. The basement was flooding and water was running in the the house next door. He came on a Sunday, found the problem and was able to fix it the same day. I've never had a problem he couldn't fix, and I've had a lot with old houses, or find someone who could.

He is an independent guy, but he comes in and does the work. He doesn?t charge you too much. He comes right away when you call. He has been our plumber for about 10-15 years and we wouldn?t use anybody else.
