Chapin Auto Glass was simply wonderful to do business with. From my first call to Dany to the friendly and competent technician David, this firm leaves me with no complaint. Living in Rockville and with a non straightforward situation with my windshield, I especially appreciated David coming out twice from Arlington. Dany's thorough explanations of all scenarios and every detail left me feeling secure that I had found the right place. The courtesy, professionalism and technical expertise exceeded my expectations across the board. I unequivocally recommend Chapin Auto Glass for anyone in need of their services.

I got a crack in my windshield on a late Saturday afternoon in March. I reached out to Chapin Auto Glass on Sunday morning. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until that Monday, but I just wanted to get my request in their queue. However, they got back to me that evening and I had a scheduled appointment to replace my windshield for Monday morning. Two technicians came out to my home and were highly skilled and efficient. I had a new windshield before 11 AM that morning. Amazing. I would have been happy if I had a new windshield by Friday of that week, but this far exceeded my expectations. Very, very pleased with the service and would definitely hire again. Some years back I used a different service through my insurance company for a broken side window and was not pleased at all. I am so glad I chose Chapin this time instead. Far superior service all the way around.

I called Chapin Auto Glass and immediately reached Lidia who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She worked with me and my insurance company to arrange to replace my windshield with original Toyota glass. She and Antonio arrived on time at my house and took less than an hour to replace the broken windshield. They were very organized, competent and friendly. Because I worked through my insurance, I only paid the $50 deductible.

Perfect. They arrived on time at my house.....very pleasant ......took a little more than an hour.

They showed up on time and replaced the windshield on site in the parking lot.

From the moment I called, Chapin has performed with excellence and professionalism. They did everything they said they would do. They arrived exactly when they said they would arrive. They fixed the windshield exactly as they said they would. They called me as soon as they were done with a complete report of what they did and how much it would cost. The cost was between the high/low estimate they had given me. I absolutely recommend Chapin to anyone with a windshield issue.

Left messages via Angie's List with several service providers in the area--Chapin Auto Glass was the first and only to respond. Gave reasonable quotes, so went with them. Prompt and excellent service at a very good price. After heavy rains that followed, the install looks to be perfect.

I called on tuesday, they gave me a window of 1-3 on thursday. At noon on thursday, they asked if they could come a bit early. by 12:30 they arrived, waited patiently for my husband to get back with the car. They replaced the windshield within an hour. Price was as quoted. Service very professional.

My car looks great! They gave me instructions. They told me that, I could drive the car in an hour and not to worry about rain. They were fast and on time. I can go on with my day now. I will use them again if I need to. I will refer them to friends also.

They came out the next day and even though they gave me a 2 hour window, they came at the beginning of it. I asked for that. They tried to fix the crack but the repair did not work which can easily happen with windshield cracks. There was not charge for anything. I went with another company for windshield replacement since I had to take the car in for something else. Nevertheless, I would recommend them. I did find a cheaper price by about 20% with the other company for windshield replacement.

Overall, crazy good service...and the cost was competitive. Hope I never need an auto glass service again but if I do, will definitely use Chapin and enthusiastically recommend their service to others. From scheduling to installation, the Chapin people with whom I interacted were responsive, courteous and professional. Scheduling the appointment over the phone for next day installation was a surprisingly pleasant and stress-free experience. The installer phoned next morning when he was in route and actually arrived about halfway though the promised 9-11 a.m. appointment window. Despite the bitterly cold and blustery weather that morning, the installation was completed AND my inspection and registrations stickers replaced in little more than an hour. Thank you Chapin for providing the level of service that every customer desires.

We called them to repair a small rock chip on the windshield but when they arrived they discovered that the windshield had also been cracked at the base by a rock. So they had to come back with a new replacement windshild. They drove a long distance to replace the windshield and the procedure went as well as expected. There have been no problems so far.

Chapin never showed up in their 2 hour window. I called and they said they were on their way and would be there in 15min. An hour later I called and cancelled.
