I purchased a used car from a dealer in Springfield VA. In conjunction, I purchased an option through the dealer to have remote start added. The car originally had keyless entry but I wanted to add the remote start feature. When I went to pick up the car from the dealer, the remote start had been added but the keyless entry had been deactivated. What? I paid way too much money for this option to have my keyless entry disabled. I complained to the dealer who was VERY unhelpful and instead of working with me told me that I needed to work directly with the installer to resolve my issue. The dealer gave me the phone number for Car Spa and as you can imaging, I was super angry all around!!! I called Car Spa and the person I spoke with immediately set me at ease and told me that they would work with me to get what I wanted. What a relief! The Car Spa folks were so accommodating! They took the time to really understand the features I wanted, to special order the system from California, to shuttle me back and forth to work on several occasions and to work late to get me my car ASAP. The Car Spa folks indicated that they would handle the screw up directly with the dealer ?and that I didn?t need to get further involved or pay additional fees. My sense was that it was not unusual for a dealer/this dealer to sell one thing and order installation of another. Going forward I will come see Car Spa directly and skip the dealer altogether- had I only known. My sincere thanks to Tony, Buddy, Tom and Seth for the great patience and care you provide. Car Spa truly provides ?outstanding? customer service and I couldn?t be happier with the combined keyless entry, remote start functionality you installed. Kudos and many thanks to you all!
