Brad showed up on time, but did not have the required tools and didn't seem to know what he was doing. At one time, because he purchased the wrong saw blade, my husband stopped him as he was about to saw the lock out of the door! He ended up having to come back a second day, showed up 3 hours late. Rather than admitting that he was not able to do it, he destroyed our front door, leaving large holes, which he tried to mask with wood putty, which he also smeared all over the strike plate. The work was shoddy and we ended up paying a painter $200, to fix his mistakes and repair the divots he made in the door with his screwdriver. I would not recommend Brad.

They called a couple of days to confirm and then several times on day of appointment to keep me updated on their arrival status. Quoted the job and honored price even though a few unexpected problems developed when replacing the door locks.

They are very responsive and arrived as scheduled.

I lost a set of keys, one of which was for a wooden file cabinet, almost brand new. He picked the lock, took it out of the cabinet and took it with him to get a replacement He couldn't get a replacement lock because it was a furniture lock, so he had keys made for the existing lock, came back and put it all back together. They are on call 24 hours, so he was willing to come back whenever I was available.

The price includes the service call, doorknob, and labor. To key the lock to the deadbolt was an extra $20. They were able to come out the same day. I feel he made an effort to get me in. He also does emergency service.
