Description of Work: I have been going to them for 20 or 30 years for all kinds of needs. Hardware, stationary, distilled water, etc.

Description of Work: I go to Ayers first and only go to Lowes for items I cannot get from Ayers. At Ayers I get good service and a good price from a locally owned neighborhood merchant.

Description of Work: We use Ayers Variety & Hardware for our landscaping needs and other minor things. We were last there when my husband rented a garden tiller.

 + -1 moreIt is a small, family run operation and they know what they are doing! They have a much better supply than Home Depot! They have all the stuff you can't find anywhere else. Something was wrong with our kitchen faucet. He couldn't find the piece anywhere, so he took a picture of it. He took the picture to Ayers and they got the piece and they fixed it. They are fantastic!

 + -1 moreIt is more convenient to go to them than to go to a bigger store. They are a lot more knowledgeable. They have everything. It's a type of place where you go in for parts, various hardware stuff, and things for home repair. It is a variety store and they have everything. If I have to fix a toilet, they have a very good for advice. I would recommend them to my family member and friends. They are actually cheaper than the competitors. They are generally open till 9.
