The consultation was thorough and on time. The scope of the project was clearly outlined and there were no surprises on the contractor’s end. The workers were on time, professional, did a really nice job clearing out what looked like a jungle to me, and respected my request to not have anyone come into my home during this COVID time.

I been using them for 5 years. They are responsive, thorough, prepared, high quality and nice people.

I've never been so happy with my lawn! They always do two passes and rarely do I start thinking I'm in need of service before our 14-day cycle commences. They also bag all the grass clippings so my terrier doesn't drag them into the house on her long hair. Can't recommend Noe and Avanza enough!

The crew from Avanza did a bang-up job! They did the work while we were away, which worked out great for us as we have 2 dogs, and they were with us, so the seed had a great start by the time we got home. The yard looked amazing, and it still does.

Noe and his team at Avanza are the best when it comes to Lawn care. Quality of work is excellent and they are always on schedule. Would definitely recommend to everybody.

They did an excellent job, their prices are competitive and they are very serious about making everything right and making the customer happy. I can honestly say these are the best landscape caretakers I have had in the 30+ years I have lived in my home.

*UPDATE*
Unfortunately, since I submitted this review, I find that they have not been responsive to any of my calls, emails, or letters. Previously, they exceeded my expectations. Presently, I am greatly disappointed.

After getting three estimates for year round lawn maintenance we chose Avanza as they are local and seemed eager to do a good job for a fair price.  They came and did an initial lawn clean up and mowing.  The original plan was for a more in depth yard clean up so we called them back and they said they would finish the job the next time they came to mow.  They never showed up again so we paid them for what they did and have moved on to another company.    I suppose they didn't need our business.
