 + -1 moreI think it was free because it was still under the maintenance agreement. They could be more communicative and maybe plain language because not everybody understands mechanical terms. The waiting area is decent. It's not bad. They have snacks and stuff. Every time I go, it's at least an hour and a half or more. I plan to be there for at least 3 hours.
Description of Work: It was the oil change and whatever my 50,000 mile check up was.
