We had a lot of little details that we wanted to include in our kitchen which aren't necessarily the and quot;normand quot;, and Sean worked with us to get what we wanted. He regularly kept us updated on the status of the project. Greg was wonderful in reusing things like doors and hardware in order to keep the remodel in character with the rest of the house. We have recommended Atlas Moran to others and would use them again in the future.

+ 0 moreOn budget and on schedule. Gorgeous master bedroom and bath that rivals any luxury hotel. We love the family room and powder room. Masonry repairs are seamless.
Description of Work: What great work and service! We had a 1,500 ft2 basement space that we wanted to make into living area. Atlas Moran provided design options, worked with our visions, and provided professional, quality work. Atlas Moran works with staff and craftsman, as opposed to day laborers. Sean has a great eye for detail. He is so professional and genuine. We can't say enough good about the quality of the finished product and service.

+ -1 moreEvery aspect of the project was done on time and the right way. The principal of the business is Sean Moran. He was very professional and oversaw the project himself. He also had excellent ideas about design which we incorporated into our plan.
Description of Work: Atlas Moran built a 2 story addition on my house consisting of a master bedroom and bath, living room and walk out basement.

+ -1 moreReferred by other contractor that specifically keeps all business within Arlington. They said that Sean helps out in their projects as needed and does work in Fairfax County. Sean did return call. But stated that he also only works on projects in Arlington. Note: My property is inside beltway off of 395. Roughly 5 miles from Arlington boarder.
Description of Work: House bumped up. Still at bare studs stage from engineered design and delivery of trusses, etc. Requires completion of items like fire stopper, electrical, insulation, jack hammer to move tub drain location and associated plumbing. Lots of drywall work. RE-install upper cabinets and built in stove/microwave cabinetry wall of kitchen. RE-install bathroom double sink cabinet and toilets to existing plumbing. Exterior siding and window framing, etc.

Atlas Moran Construction offers the following services: We specialize in residential additions and remodeling including: design build services, project management, and a full range of construction projects. Our expertise includes large scale custom additions and whole house renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, exterior remodeling, finished basements, doors, windows, and architectural woodwork/ custom built-ins. We also conduct custom high-end light commercial tenant build-outs and offer warranty and handyman repair services to past clients.
We generally do not engage in heavy or generic commercial work. We also do not provide general handyman services or odd jobs.
